The psychologists at the Guelph Psychology Centre provide service to adults, couples, children and adolescents in a caring, supportive, and comfortable environment. 

Therapy at the Guelph Psychology Centre is always evidence based, and includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy.

Virtual and in-person services are available.
